Arrival at the International Airport Bucharest Otopeni where you will be met by your guide. Transfer to Sinaia where you will be accommodated at 3* hotel.


Breakfast. In the morning you will visit Sinaia. Home to the splendid Peles Castle, Sinaia is located at the foot of the Bucegi Mountains. Although the Sinaia monastery has existed here since the 17th century, Sinaia becomes famous at the end of 19th c., when became the summer residence of the first king of Romania, Carol I, which popularized the town. Visit Peles Castle, a fine example of German Renaissance style of architecture, with elaborately-decorated rooms. The tour includes also the visit to Sinaia Monastery.

In the after-noon, sightseeing tour of the Brasov city, including Black Church (the biggest Gothic monument in Brasov), St. Nicholas Cathedral, the Schei Gate and District (architectural reservation), the Rope Street (the narrowest street in Europe), The Clothes-makers Bastion, The Rope-makers Bastion, The Weavers’ Bastion (building unique in Romania), the White and the Black Towers, Ecaterina’s Gate, the Old Town Hall Square and the Town Council building.

Your next stop is Bran, the plecere where you will visit Bran Castle. The fortress is situated on the border between Transylvania and Wallachia. Commonly known as "Dracula's Castle" (although it is one among several locations linked to the Dracula legend, including Poenari Castle and Hunyad Castle), it is marketed as the home of the titular character in Bram Stoker's Dracula. The castle is now a museum open to tourists, displaying art and furniture collected by Queen Marie. Tourists can see the interior individually or by a guided tour. At the bottom of the hill is a small open air museum park exhibiting traditional Romanian peasant structures (cottages, barns, etc.) from across the country.

Breakfast. After visiting the Bran Castle you will leave to Rasnov Fortress. The fortress is not far away from the world famous Bran Castle (a.k.a. Dracula's castle) and only about 15km away from Brasov city. It is situated on a hill overlooking the medieval town of Ransov. Nowadays it is well preserved, but is little known to both Romanian and foreign tourists. The fantastic views from the fortress together with the fortress itself and the small museum inside make Rasnov a sight that you must not miss if you are in the area.

Rasnov Prejmer Church

Next stop is Prejmer, the biggest fortified church in the Southeastern Europe built in the 14th century. The fortress has double walls and dungeons. Inside its walls there is a church, but the interesting thing here is the honeycomb like inner wall. Every family had one small room for sheltering in case the village was attacked. In peaceful times they used it as a storage room for food. Nowadays only one family lives here and takes care of the citadel.
On the way back to Bran you will visit Poiana Brasov, one of the most impiortant ski resort in Romania.

Breakfast. This day is dedicated to one of the most beautiful medieval citadel in Romania: Sighisoara. It is the only medieval citadel in Europe that is still fully inhabited; mentioned in 1280 as “Castrum Sex”. Detalied tour of the citadel, including the Tower Museum, the Cover Stairs, the Church on the Hill. Feel the attractions of the Torture Room and visit the Mediaeval Weapons Collection. Visit the house where is supposing that Vlad “Dracula” was born (now a cozy restaurant). Accommodation at a 3* hotel in Sighisoara.


Breakfast. Departure from Sighisoara to Fagaras, where is a Medieval Fortress and we will visit The Museum of Fagaras Region. Arrival at Sibiu, where you will make a sightseeing tour of the medieval fortress by foot, including the former palace of the governor of Transylvania, Samuel von Brukenthal, nowadays housing one of the best art galleries in Romania. The tour is including the citadel, the Liar’s Bridge, the Stairs Passage. Accommodation at a 3* hotel in Sibiu.

Large Square – Sibiu Sighișoara


Breakfast. On the way to Bucharest, visit Cozia Monastery, hystorical monument from 14th century, erected by the grandfather of Vlad the Impaler. Next stop is at Curtea de Arges, where you will visit the former capital of Wallachia, the residence of the first Basarab Prince. Visit the Princely Church and the Curtea de Arges monastery (including the Fountain of Master Manole).

Arrival in Bucharest where you will make a sightseeing tour, including: The Vlad the Impaler’ Old Princely Court; the Archbishop’s Church and Palace, the Palace of Parliament (also called the “House of the People”), second largest building in the world, after the building of US Pentagon.
