Situated in a breathtaking mountain scenery, Sinaia is located 120 km distance from Bucharest and 49 km from Brasov, on the Prahova Valley. Sinaia takes its name from the 17th-century monastery built by a Romanian nobleman after going in a pilgrimage to Mount Sinai, Egypt. Sinaia is one of the most famous and oldest mountain tourist resorts in Romania, known as “The Carpathian Pearl”.
Sinaia is the best place to start your journey into the deep forest hiking trails, in Bucegi mountains routes.
DAY 2: Sinaia - Bucegi Mountains - Bran

In between this incredible beautiful sightseeings, lunch at Bolboci Chalet or Cuibul Dorului Chalet.
Departure to Bran. Accommodation and dinner in Bran.
Ialomita Cave is located in Moroeni, on the right bank of the Ialomita Gorges, on Mount Batrana, at an altitude of 1660 m, carved in the Jurassic chalkstones of the Batrana Mountain.
Its name comes from Ialomita river, springing 10 km away from the glacier cirque called Obarsia Ialomitei, located below Gavanele Peak (2479 m), found 600 m away from Omu Peak and at a smaller distance from Ocolit Peak, also called Bucura Dumbrava.
According to some authors, these three peaks form the Triple Pillar of Heavens, mentioned by the ancients and considered by the romanian researcher Cristina Panculescu to be the most important natural Informational Energetic Centre of the planet: "The centre of the world where heaven is connected to earth, where the Gate of Exit from the terrestrial massif is located, where the Tree of Life is growing".
The particular charge of these places drew both Dacians and the first Christians, the monks, on their quest for solitude and a place of worship away from the madding world.
They say that Apostle Andrei was also lodged by Ialomita Cave; he was one of the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ, the one sent to Christianise Romania.
7 Springs Waterfall is located in Bucegi Natural Park, precisely between Scropoasa and the beautiful Bolboci Lake.
7 Springs Falls is also known as a sacred water source from Dacian times. Some say that even Zamolxis himself, the supreme god of the Dacians, drank water from this waterfall.
The 7 Springs Waterfall is considered the purest source of water flowing on the surface of Romania. The source supplies from the streams of an underground lake at an altitude of 1300 meters. The fall is considered an unnatural place, because of the rumors spread about this area and also due to the strong and historical significance it bears. Many myths about the cascade's water circulate.
First, the water carried by the 7 springs is credited as the purest and most energized in the world, without nitrites and nitrates, an officially unconfirmed title, but certified by all sorts of microbiological studies.
Romanians and foreign researchers have found that the water coming from the seven streams would go through a silver deposit, which prevents the growth of bacteria that may arise in the water, regularizing the molecular structure up to the ideal one. The water here is bottled at Moroieni as 7 Springs mineral water. The very same water contains calcium, magnesium and sodium and during the communist era was consumed only by the Ceausescu family; the access to the public was, as you’d expect, forbidden. The number of bacteria is zero – compared to 5, the minimum acceptable limit – nitrite and nitrate nitrogen pollution is zero. In the 80s, they restarted researches and the area was closed.

Commonly known as "Dracula's Castle" (although it is one among several locations linked to the Dracula legend, including Poenari Castle and Hunyad Castle), it is marketed as home to the titular character in Bram Stoker's Dracula. The castle is now a museum open to tourists, displaying art and furniture collected by Queen Marie. At the bottom of the hill is a small open air museum park exhibiting traditional Romanian peasant structures (cottages, barns etc.) from across the country.
